OST-122 (IBD, fibrosis)
Oral, non-systemic JAK3/TYK2-ARK5 inhibitor
OST-499 (Uterine fibroids. Colon cancer)
Non-steroidal SPRM, outlicensed to ORIVA THERAPEUTICS
OST-664 (Fibrosis)
Oral ARK5 inhibitor
OST-122 is a novel inhibitor of JAK3, TYK2, and ARK5, specifically engineered to deliver high local concentrations within the gastrointestinal tract while minimizing systemic exposure. Our goal is to preserve the rapid efficacy, oral convenience, and broad immunomodulatory potential of JAK inhibition while addressing a key limitation of the class — systemic exposure and its associated safety risks.
OST-499 is a non-steroidal progesterone receptor antagonist based on a novel dihydropyridine scaffold for the treatment of uterine fibroids. It was designed to overcome key limitations of steroidal antagonists and has been outlicensed to Oriva Therapeutics.
OST-664 is a selective ARK5/NUAK1 inhibitor with first-in-class potential for the treatment of fibrotic disorders.
